Directing and developing safety, industrial health and environmental initiatives;
Ensuring Federal, State and Local regulatory compliance;
Developing and implementing emergency management programs;
Utilizing root cause analysis and problem resolution to improve and manage site wide incident reporting;
Taking steps to identify, assess and recommend control measures or corrective and preventive actions for EHS concerns;
Managing hazardous wastes, materials treatment and other compliance programs;
Overseeing and managing as part of a team the workers compensation claims, assessments, analysis of risk, strategy development, and action plans;
Developing training materials on safety and health related subjects, and training departments and new hires as needed.
EDUCATION: 4-year degree required.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
4
years of progressive EHS experience in a manufacturing environment;
Strong knowledge in OSHA regulations, accident reporting and preventative safety, hazardous waste, Federal, State and Local environmental regulations;
Knowledge and experience with workers compensation process;
Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
