Seeking a full-time and flexible front desk attendant.
As a Front Desk Associate you are responsible for providing our guests with the highest level of service possible in an efficient, courteous and professional manner while assisting them with the check-in and check-out process and assisting with travel and/or activity arrangementsThis position focuses on creating a memorable guest experience and exceeding guest expectations.
You will be greeting our guests, handling reservations, and will communicate guests' requests and complaints to appropriate departments.
Willingness to work weekends and holidays.
