Product Development Engineer

Assisting in creating new products, deploying Lean principles, and ensuring process efficiencies;
Acting as the voice of Manufacturing in design;
Leading Engineering products through all phases of production;
Creating and managing prototype orders through the plant;
Participating in product development practices as Lean Kaizen events to develop new process and manufacture new products.
EDUCATION: 4-year Engineering or Engineering Technology degree required.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
2
years of manufacturing experience, more focused to process;
Strong facilitating, scheduling, interpersonal and liaison skills;
Lean engineering, Kaizen experience;
Oracle and AMT experience preferred;
Strong communication skills.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
